About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Listers Lexus Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine servicing and repairs on vehicles, including electrical and mechanical work.
  • Conduct diagnostics and repair issues with vehicles, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment, batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems for EV and Hybrid vehicles is essential.
  • Fitting manufacturer accessories and audio equipment to customer vehicles.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
  • Operating additional systems such as video reporting (CitNOW) to enhance customer experience.
  • Completing all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic or similar.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • A full UK Driving licence is required.
