Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview:
AES is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the field maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and supporting on-site systems to ensure their satisfactory operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Commissioning: Install new equipment and systems, ensuring they are properly configured and functioning correctly.
- Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults that occur on plant and/or equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with process/equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all items of plant and/or equipment are in good safe working order, adhering to AES's health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of PLCs and control systems.
- Ability to travel to customers' sites within the UK and Europe.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
