About the Role

We are recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Performing Arts Teacher to lead our Drama department at Wayman Group. As a seasoned educator, you will teach GCSE and A-Level Drama to students in Liverpool, utilizing your expertise to foster a love of drama in our pupils.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional teaching skills, a deep understanding of the curriculum, and the ability to motivate students to achieve outstanding results.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
    • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental policies

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is MPS1 – UPS3 (£29,434 - £50,059 per annum), depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
