We are committed to sustainability and ESG, which have been core values since our inception in 2000. Our philosophy is to integrate ESG into our teams and processes, both on the investment and corporate sides. We aim to innovate and design new sustainable allocation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the ESG Officer and Committee to produce ESG-related reporting, including ESG fund reporting, PRI reporting, TCFD reporting, and regulatory SFDR reporting.
  • Manage annual data collection campaigns to assess borrower ESG performance and produce the funds' ESG Report.
  • Produce annual analysis to estimate carbon footprint, gathering required data points such as revenue, total debt, total equity, and loan value.
  • Assist with completing investors' ESG questionnaires.
  • Monitor and implement new ESG regulations, including EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and SDR.
  • Develop presentations and slides for internal and external communication.
  • Analyze available data and benchmark against competitors.
  • Streamline ESG data sources and storage.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as data analysis, conferences, and ESG training.

We encourage proactivity and offer opportunities to carry out and deploy ideas. You can suggest new ESG procedures, such as climate risk management, decarbonization journeys, and sustainable investments.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bac +5 with prior experience in sustainability and/or private markets.
  • Strong interest and convictions in ESG and climate issues, as well as sustainable development.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with clear and concise articulation of ideas and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written English and French.
  • Good data management and analytical skills.
  • Team spirit and team player.
  • Self-starter and dynamic personality.
