Mental Health Care Assistant Opportunity

The Just Nurses team is recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to cover shifts at a hospital in Swansea. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Provide direct patient care, working closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Support nursing staff by taking vital signs, promoting accurate data collection and informed decision-making.
• Assist with mobility and personal care, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition, communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.

What You'll Need:
• 6 months' experience in a formal caring environment or hospital setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of hospital policies and procedures.
• Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends.
