Property Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at DeverellSmith. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the lettings team
- Addressing maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Handling and negotiating deposit returns during the deposit release process
- Investigating and resolving informal complaints quickly and efficiently
- Coordinating end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work in collaboration with the lettings team
- Developing and managing relationships with contractors on the preferred supplier list
- Conducting property inspections as required
- Supporting other areas of the business as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Property Management experience
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Motivated and driven to succeed and meet objectives
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle
What We Offer:
- Hybrid working available
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm) - part-time options may be considered
