Property Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of properties, including building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the lettings team.
- Addressing maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Handling and negotiating deposit returns during the deposit release process.
- Investigating and resolving informal complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinating end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work in collaboration with the lettings team.
- Developing and managing relationships with contractors on the preferred supplier list.
- Conducting property inspections as required.
- Supporting other areas of the business as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Property Management experience.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Motivated and driven to succeed and meet objectives.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a positive attitude and sense of humour.
- Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
