Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing Communications team at Newcastle Building Society. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our marketing plan for savings, financial advice, and member value.
Your primary focus will be on launching and delivering innovative and exciting campaigns, propositions, and content to support our targets and achieve commercial goals. You will use insights and data to drive the design, project management, and execution of campaigns to acquire, retain, and engage customers.
Key responsibilities will include creating and delivering marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, working closely with all areas of Marketing as well as the wider marketing team and key stakeholders in the Society, and collaborating effectively with external agencies.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about marketing and has excellent communication skills, with knowledge of creating and delivering marketing campaigns that drive results. You will be customer-focused, comfortable using insight to drive tactics, and able to optimise return on investment.
Experience of managing campaigns across a range of channels, including Email, Digital Marketing, Events, Press, and Print Literature, is essential. Ideally, you would have Financial Services experience, but if you can demonstrate experience of owning end-to-end marketing communications programmes, we would love to speak to you.
