We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Capgemini Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute bid strategies across various sectors, including software, mechanical, electrical, automotive, telecoms, and data science.

• Lead the virtual bid team in managing bid responses, coordinating with vendors, and designing proposal structures.

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.

• Present bids to review panels, utilizing team members to present specialist knowledge.

• Maintain audit trails and collaborate with the legal team to review contract documents.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, business, or related field (3+ years).
