Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Accountancy team in Chertsey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer invoice queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Raise and log customer credits to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Print and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Generate invoices and collections reports to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Availability on short notice.
  • Experience in accounts receivable and credit control.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000.
  • Free parking.
  • Hybrid working.
