About the Role
The Charity Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Ensuring seamless interactions between guests, team members, and suppliers
• Analyzing data and generating insightful reports using Excel
• Gathering inspiring stories from past guests and recruiting Community Champions
• Keeping the charity's website vibrant and up-to-date
• Utilizing Salesforce to manage beneficiary information and create essential reports
• Representing the charity at events and engaging with the wider community
• Monitoring and reporting the impact of communications, events, and stakeholder engagements
• Developing exceptional written communication skills and producing engaging content
• Staying proficient in mobile technology, online platforms, and major social media channels
• Maintaining strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Forms, plus CRM systems like Salesforce
• Employing a proactive mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
