About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, ensuring they feel connected and engaged.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12-£13, with time and a half for bank holidays.
  • Paid mileage and 40p per mile.
  • Paid holiday and guaranteed hours contracts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
