Join Our Team as a Non-Medical Companion Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide home care for our clients in their homes, enabling them to age in place. As a non-medical companion caregiver, you will provide social support and companionship, helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Standby assistance with hygiene and safety oversight
  • Situational care
Requirements
  • Personal or professional experience caring for a loved one or working as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or companion caregiver/homemaker
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for transporting clients when needed
  • Reliable cell phone and daily access to the internet, email, and texting
  • Availability of 25-40 working hours per week to accept a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Willingness to travel up to 15 miles to and from shifts
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace and passing a criminal background and driving record check
  • Passion for providing quality care in our community
