Adoption Panel Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Adoption Panel Advisor to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to the Agency Decision Makers on best interest decisions, assessing children, families, and carers, and working in an adoption team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing evidence in Court
  • Family Finding
  • Assessing Children, Families, and Carers
  • Working in an Adoption Team
  • Supervising
Requirements:
  • 5 years of recent adoption experience
  • Ability to advise the Agency Decision Makers on best interest decisions
  • QA paperwork for the fostering and adoption panels
  • Sound knowledge of the new Kinship strategy
  • Fostering experience
Team Environment:

Minimum Requirements:
  • SWE Registration
  • 5 year post-qualifying experience within the UK
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
