Adoption Panel Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Adoption Panel Advisor to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd in Buckinghamshire. As an Adoption Panel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the adoption process and ensuring the best interests of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to Agency Decision Makers on best interest decisions
  • Assess children, families, and carers to determine the most suitable placement
  • Conduct family finding and matching to identify suitable adoptive families
  • Supervise and support social workers in their work with adoptive families
Requirements:
  • 5 years of recent adoption experience
  • Strong knowledge of the new Kinship strategy
  • Ability to work in an Adoption Team and contribute to the growth and development of the team
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
