The School of Psychology at Arden University is seeking a Programme Lead for our MSc in Business Psychology. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the programme, ensuring student success and high levels of student outcomes.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement the programme strategy, ensuring alignment with university goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective programme delivery
  • Uphold BPS standards and maintain accreditation for the programme
  • Engage in teaching and curriculum development to continually improve the programme

About You:

You will need to be a Chartered Psychologist with the BPS and a Full Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and/or an HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist. You will also need:

  • Proven success in teaching, learning, and assessment in higher education
  • Experience in reviewing, developing, and enhancing curriculums and programmes
  • A track record of improving student satisfaction and outcomes
  • Experience in the field of Business Psychology
