Men's Casualwear Business Development Representative

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Men's Casualwear Business Development Representative to join our team at TRP Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing existing customer relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities in the men's casualwear market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of menswear garments, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage existing customer relationships to ensure continued business growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business opportunities in the men's casualwear market.
- Liaise with overseas factories to monitor the critical path and raise orders as required.
- Negotiate prices in line with customer requirements and targets, and agree cost prices with customers.
- Work closely with design and technical teams to develop product ranges and samples.
- Attend customer meetings and present product ranges to key decision-makers.
**Requirements**
- Experience working in a similar high street supplier environment, preferably selling men's casual jersey and wovens.
- Experience working with factories abroad, especially Far East and Bangladesh.
- Strong understanding of menswear garments and fashion trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
- Capable of working unsupervised in an accurate, methodical, and organized manner with attention to detail.
**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
