You will collaborate closely with all departments and managers across Primary and Retail business units to identify and mitigate health and safety risks. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing the site Health and Safety strategy and management systems, providing health and safety coaching, and offering pragmatic advice and support to the Site Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive site health and safety strategy, aligning it with both the site business strategy and the group health and safety strategy.
- Drive, influence, and enhance the site health and safety agenda, practices, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
- Handle effective and timely case management of workplace accidents and injuries, including investigations, outcomes, recommendations, and implementation of improvements, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Work with relevant teams to identify and mitigate health and safety risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
