About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to engage with their communities and maintain their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities.
  • Support people to maintain their wellbeing by promoting their personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide practical support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks and promoting independence.

Requirements
  • No previous experience in care is required, as we provide full training.
  • A conditional offer will be made subject to satisfactory references and PVG.
