We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland as a Support Practitioner. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

About the Role

As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals in their shared accommodation. This will involve assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also be required to support individuals in their personal development, helping them to build confidence and independence.

What We Offer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and sleepover shifts. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to support individuals in their daily lives.
