Food Quality Assurance Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring food safety and quality in a leading UK food manufacturing organisation? As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining food safety, quality, and hygiene practices across their UK operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with required standards
- Inspect raw materials and finished products
- Contribute to customer complaints investigations
- Maintain databases and calibrate equipment
- Complete various audits and testing procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 training
- Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Good level of PC literacy; ability to proficiently use MS Office
- Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of microbiology and hazards
- Flexibility and reliability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
