Metropolitan Gaming Group is a leading gaming and leisure brand that offers an exceptional experience to our guests. We're looking for a skilled Asset Data Officer to join our team and contribute to our success.

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to ensure that all gaming operations are conducted in accordance with our rules and procedures. As an Asset Data Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining effective levels of live gaming surveillance, monitoring operations, and reporting any breaches promptly. You will also assist the Surveillance Supervisor in regular checks and audits of gaming assets and surveillance equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure gaming is conducted according to the Rules of Casino Games and Company procedures
  • Maintain effective levels of live gaming surveillance
  • Report any breaches promptly through the required reporting procedures
  • Assist the Surveillance Supervisor in regular checks and audits of gaming assets and surveillance equipment
  • Provide an effective level of support to management in dealing with gaming disputes and customer complaints
Requirements
  • Excellent report writing and computer skills
  • Good working knowledge of all current software and databases used by the Company
  • Proactive and self-sufficient with minimal supervision
  • Clear passion for quality and customer experience
  • Good working knowledge of CCTV, access, and intruder control systems
  • Good working knowledge of all aspects of data management, computer systems, and electronic media
