Metropolitan Gaming Group is a leading gaming and leisure brand that offers exceptional experiences to its guests. As an Asset Data Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming assets and surveillance equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular checks and audits of gaming assets and surveillance equipment to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Monitor gaming operations to ensure compliance with Company Policy and procedures.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and external regulatory bodies as required.
  • Provide support to management in dealing with gaming disputes and customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of CCTV, access, and intruder control systems.
Requirements:
  • Age 18 or over.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid PFL License.
