Job Title: International Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled International Marketing Director to join our team at People Squad. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence in France, Germany, and Benelux
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted account marketing plans and tools
  • Manage a European Marketing Manager and provide support from the Head of Marketing as needed
  • Represent the organization at industry events and build relationships with key distributors
  • Utilize customer profiles, competitor analysis, and market mapping skills to inform go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably with budget responsibility
  • Fluency in French and English, both conversational and written
  • Highly creative individual with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to travel independently worldwide, with a valid passport
  • Marketing education award in a relevant field, such as CIM or MBA
