Digital Marketing Director

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital strategy, managing our online presence, and analyzing marketing activity results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth
* Manage our online presence, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
* Analyze marketing activity results, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and maximize customer acquisition and sales conversion
* Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support
* Stay up-to-date with new digital marketing technologies and tools, evaluating their potential for our organization

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a similar industry
* Strong knowledge of web analytics tools
* Thorough understanding of SEO and experience using SEMrush/Ahrefs
* Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
* Great understanding of customer and market behavior and the ability to adapt to change
