Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-performing team of passionate L&D experts, design and deliver great learning solutions, and work with our brilliant consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively lead new learning initiatives to support the L&D strategy and consultant performance, from concept and needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation of the impact of learning.
- Build strong relationships across Baringa, operating as a trusted learning advisor and guide.
- Bring L&D team members and external providers together to create and deploy engaging learning solutions, while being hands-on with the design.
- Owning the performance of your learning solutions, continuously improving them to be even better.
- A track record of designing and delivering excellent blended learning experiences, including virtual, F2F classroom, and digital.
- Strong relationships across Baringa, with the ability to operate as a trusted learning advisor and guide.
- Experience in bringing L&D team members and external providers together to create and deploy engaging learning solutions.
- Ability to own the performance of your learning solutions, continuously improving them to be even better.
