Job Description

Mundipharma is seeking a highly experienced Pharmaceutical Automation Expert to join its team in Cambridge, GB. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation and control systems, with experience working on electrical control systems, PLCs, and HMIs.

The ideal candidate will be a degree-qualified engineer with a deep understanding of automation, controls, and production IT systems. They will have strong experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, as well as a high level of technical understanding of pharmaceutical processes and equipment requirements.

As a Pharmaceutical Automation Expert, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on automation and control systems to the engineering team. You will work closely with the team to design, develop, and implement control systems that meet the needs of the business.

Key responsibilities include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on plant automation, business IT systems in accordance with EHS, GMP, GAMP, and other regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for taking responsibility for Automation activities relating to capital projects, according to business requirements and relevant with EHS, GMP, GAMP, and other regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
