Westland Horticulture is seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining a safe, healthy and sustainable work environment.

About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for promoting and developing a safety culture across our manufacturing sites. You will conduct regular safety training sessions, develop and implement safety protocols, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Additionally, you will drive product stewardship and sustainability strategy implementation to support corporate environmental goals.

Your Background:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a degree in environmental management or equivalent, and relevant NEBOSH qualifications. You should have practical working knowledge of improving safety in a manufacturing environment, experience in developing a safety culture in an industrial setting, and strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance. Familiarity with safety audit processes and safety management systems is also essential. A background in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering is advantageous, as is experience in carbon footprint reporting and sustainability strategies.
