We are seeking a highly skilled Attendance and Intervention Specialist to join our Student Support team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Administration: Develop and implement effective methods for evaluating student performance, including management of attendance records and registry support.
  • Progression and Retention: Monitor, coordinate, and assess student progression and retention rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance student engagement.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students on course selection and academic progression, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with partner universities to manage student data accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and authentic communication regarding student engagement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate precise and timely reports for senior management on student performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the Attendance and Intervention Lead to enhance the skills of the Intervention Support and Student Support teams through the creation of guidance materials, sharing of best practices, and conducting regular training and process evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of customer service standards and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and workloads.
  • Skills: Highly developed oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a positive approach to problem-solving.
