Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team.


Responsibilities:
  • Support students with moderate learning difficulties, autism, and communication challenges.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, enhancing their self-esteem and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement tailored approaches to meet the individual needs of each student.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a Special Needs setting.
  • An understanding of additional needs and how to cater to diverse requirements.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Criminology, or Health & Social Care (desirable).
