Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of retail construction projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completions.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring compliance with permits, licenses, and authorizations.
  • Managing project finances, including contract sums, variations, and final accounts.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Chairing meetings, issuing minutes and actions, and following up to ensure timely closure.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management from concept through to construction and commissioning.
  • Excellent partner management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong financial management skills, including contract sum agreement, variation control, and final account settlement.
  • BSc/MSc in Construction Project Management or equivalent qualification.
What You'll Get

In return for your expertise, you will receive a salary of around £65,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package including life and health insurance, medical care package, and many others. This role involves up to 50% travel, so you must be willing and able to commute frequently.
