We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Support Coordinator to join our Customer Services team at The London Clinic, based at our main site in London. As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all patient referrals are processed and appointments are booked efficiently in accordance with The London Clinic policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a diverse workload in a busy administrative setting, preferably in the healthcare industry. You will be able to work effectively with people from a range of diverse backgrounds, as well as a range of healthcare professionals.

The Patient Support Coordinator will undertake all administrative activities required, including confirming receipt of referrals and registration for all patients referred for Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Hematology and Molecular Radiotherapy. You will also be responsible for liaising with the internal Patient Liaison Office (PLO) to ensure insurer authorisation or self-payment is sought to allow bookings to proceed.
