Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment?

As a Service and Sales Advisor at Pendragon Group, you will play a crucial role in providing a personalized, value-driven service to our customers. You will be responsible for taking care of our customers' service bookings, offering advice, and keeping them fully informed throughout the time their car is with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide estimates for work and book in service and repair work for our customers' vehicles
  • Advise on a recommended course of action to our customers and accurately invoice for any work carried out
  • Keep our customers fully informed of all available extras, accessories, and value products, while maximizing the opportunity to upsell

Requirements:

  • Background in customer service and an interest in the automotive industry
  • Flawless organization skills and confidence with using computer systems
  • Experience of sales, with the ability to maintain customer service levels while meeting KPIs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
