Part 2 Architectural Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our multi-award winning RIBA Chartered practice in Canterbury. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including Education, Sports, Master Planning, Student Accommodation, and Residential.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent design flair, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular mentoring, weekly CPD sessions, and social events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior members of the team across all RIBA stages
  • Contribute to the development of design concepts and technical solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • RIBA Part 1 and 2 qualified
  • At least 1 year's industry experience
  • Excellent design and technical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
