Front Office Manager Role Overview

Hastings Hotels is a luxury hotel group based in Northern Ireland, where we value our people and strive to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Front Office Manager to provide leadership to our reception team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our busy hotel reception.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy reception environment and be able to lead, motivate and support team members to achieve success. As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the reception team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the reception team
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the reception area, including reception staff, guest services, and amenities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

As a member of our team, you can expect to work 35 hours per week, five shifts out of seven, including weekends. You will have a fully flexible approach, with working patterns including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required. The salary for this exciting position starts from £31,000 per annum.
