Job Title: Private Advisory Tax Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our Private Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing taxation advice to clients, supporting your teams in the delivery of their work, and ensuring that operational objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
- Manage a client portfolio, using your knowledge and skills to add value to the offering.
- Ensure the overall quality of individual client assignments and production of a complete product within budget.
- Work with other team members to scope out client requirements and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Proactively liaise with management team members on individual clients, ensuring they are informed and receive regular updates.
- Build a network of potential new clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Actively participate in pitching for new business opportunities and developing tender documents.
Requirements:
- Possessing either full CTA, ATT, AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualifications or experienced as a Tax Lead.
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
- Must have UK Accounting/Practice experience.
- Must have UK Private Tax advisory experience.
- People management experience.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
