About the Job

This role involves collecting account debt using telephone, email, and letter, as well as reconciling customer accounts and maintaining excellent knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recover outstanding debts from customers through effective communication and negotiation.

  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensuring timely and efficient reconciliation.

  3. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
