Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation for CQC inspections and manage post-inspection action plans.
  • Conduct audits and regular reviews of policies, procedures, and service delivery to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to healthcare staff on CQC requirements and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in patient care and safety.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to compliance and patient care quality.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive operational improvements and ensure adherence to CQC guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance reporting.
  • Utilize MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CQC Manager, either currently or previously, with a strong understanding of CQC regulations and healthcare compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience or a solid understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret compliance data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide healthcare teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment.
