About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at HRS Healthcare. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients across East Kent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct direct observations, competency checks, and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting the required standards of care.
  • Carry out ongoing care needs and risk assessments, updating these as required in conjunction with the Nurse Manager assigned to your team.
  • Work closely with staff to identify potential gaps in rotas and ensure team members uphold high standards of care.
  • Attend team meetings and recognize areas of poor practice that need to be addressed.
About You
  • You will have a supervisory or coaching qualification, or be willing to work towards an NVQ 3 Supervisory qualification.
  • You will have knowledge of tracheostomy, ventilation care, cough assist, and enteral feeding.
  • You will have experience of working with adults or children with complex care needs.
  • You will have community experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You will be able to plan effectively with good time management.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
