Company Overview: Appoint Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. We are currently seeking an experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our team in a private hospital setting.
About the Role: This full-time position involves providing high-quality planned care for patients within the perioperative department. You will be responsible for assisting in the management and organization of care provision within the theatre team across various clinical specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discussing, agreeing, and explaining patient responsibilities, including needs and associated risks.
- Planning, delivering, and evaluating care to meet patients' health and wellbeing standards, adhering to policies and procedures for optimal clinical outcomes.
- Carrying out elective day case surgeries.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Acute hospital experience, particularly in theatre, is also essential.
