Job Title: Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at MediTalent Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role in our theatre environment.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, with flexible working hours available.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in scrub nursing, ideally with multidisciplinary skills, including Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) experience.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring all areas are safe, fit for purpose, and effectively managed.
  • As a leader in the theatre environment, you will supervise and mentor junior team members to achieve workplace competencies.

Requirements:

  • A valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) or HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration.
  • A minimum of 1 year of scrub experience is essential.
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities with strong communications skills.
