Senior Mortgage and Protection Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team in Maidenhead, working closely with our Estate Agents at Gascoigne-Pees.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to improve our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
  • Providing expert advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
