Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of medication orders and prescriptions, ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines.
  • Supervise and train pharmacy staff on medication dispensing processes, quality control, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless medication delivery and patient care.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance medication safety and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on medication management and patient care to healthcare professionals and patients.
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Proven experience in supervising staff and leading teams
  • Expert knowledge of good dispensing and distribution practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
