We are seeking a passionate and skilled Artistic Youth Educator to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a Creative/Drama Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to pupils with complex needs, ASD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role
  • Deliver engaging and meaningful lessons using creative techniques to inspire confidence and promote engagement in learning.
  • Foster a calm, purposeful, and supportive environment tailored to individual education and emotional needs.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider school community.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs and a background in arts, drama, sensory therapy, or similar fields. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum reflects your skills and experience.
