Job Title: Graduate Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Graduate Site Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of Design & Build contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About the Role:

  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and achieve our 100% Safe goal.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and contractor requirements, as well as safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) policies.
  • Coordinate and control subcontractors, ensuring full compliance and adherence to procedures and method statements.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control checks to ensure the required standard is met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure customer quality standards are achieved.
  • Prepare and maintain site quality, inspection, and test plans, as well as waste management and environmental plans.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of progress at site and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Assist with the performance and assessment of subcontractors.
  • Manage and administer various subcontracts, including regular site progress meetings and preparation of instructions to subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of construction practices and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and supervision skills.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card, and degree-qualified.
  • Ability to manage a given list of tasks and work well as part of a team.
