Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary
Pear Talent - Finance Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's divisional FP&A and business partnering team. This team provides critical performance insight and commercial financial planning support to the Exec, directly influencing the company's strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver business performance analysis, management information reports, financial forecasts, and regular Board/Executive packs.
- Develop and maintain financial models, including managing and upgrading existing models and creating new models as required by evolving business needs.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to aid decision making as requested by business leadership, including scenario modelling, reforecasts, and other financial analysis.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, collating and modelling inputs to derive accurate financial and KPI outputs.
- Support the response to investor queries and assist in the external presentations of the business's performance, results, and future ambitions.
- Contribute to new investment proposals, acquisitions, and corporate projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with previous financial analysis, FP&A, or MI experience gained in a financial services company. Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience of building and/or maintaining financial models is an advantage.
