Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

About the Role

This is a broad and varied role that will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining cash flow models to optimize cash flow and EBITDA.
  • Conducting in-depth working capital analysis and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Designing and implementing capital planning strategies.
  • Preparing detailed cash flow reports and commentary for senior leadership.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive best practice and business improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified accounting background with experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven cash flow planning, management, and forecasting skills.
  • The ability to understand commercial drivers and maximize cash flow efficiencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
