Hours of Work:

  1. Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
  2. Friday: 08:30 - 14:00

Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and sustaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure both automotive and customer-specific requirements are met. The Quality Systems Engineer will lead internal audits, manage document control, and maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS)
  2. Lead internal audits and manage document control
  3. Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards
  4. Develop and implement quality procedures and processes
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met

Requirements:

  1. Experience with quality management systems and implementing procedures across a business
  2. Understanding of automotive requirements (IATF16949)
  3. Familiarity with customer-specific requirements
  4. Experience with change management processes
  5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  6. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  8. Previous experience in leading or coaching teams
  9. Experience in auditing processes
  10. Resilient, systematic, and adaptable approach to work

Desirable:

  1. APQP experience
  2. Experience in the automotive sector
  3. IATF16949 Lead-auditor certification
