About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Project Worker to join our team at Cressex Road, High Wycombe. The successful candidate will work with a range of service users who attend day services and community opportunities 3 to 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of each client, responding appropriately to support needs, illness, and/or emergencies.
  • Provide personal care, health and safety tasks, and carry out domestic chores such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to deliver an excellent service to the people we support.
  • Be flexible in your approach to work and able to work shifts as part of a rota system, including weekend and bank holiday working.
Requirements
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a passion for making a difference.
  • The ability to recognise the wishes and needs of vulnerable adults and communicate effectively using different methods according to people's needs.
  • A commitment to equality and diversity and a positive approach to supporting people with learning disabilities.
