Ashberry Recruitment: Housing Night Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Night Support Worker to join our team in Manchester. As a Housing Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing resettlement support to clients within a hostel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client needs and risk assessments for all referrals
  • Develop and implement individual resettlement support plans to ensure clients achieve their goals
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Support clients with welfare rights, budgeting, employment, education, and training
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local community partners
  • Ensure the health and safety of clients and colleagues by maintaining accurate incident and accident records
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • Proven track record of providing information, advice, and guidance to clients
  • Basic IT skills suitable for an office environment
  • Knowledge of basic housing management tasks, including rent collection, tenancy agreements, and arrears management
